Limited Warranty
Haul Safe Limited warrants that this product (the Product) is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect is discovered, Haul Safe Limited will repair or replace the product (at its discretion).
The above warranty is effective for 12 months from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) and does not cover any damage due to:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications or repairs; or
- Failure to follow instructions supplied with the Product.
To obtain service or replacement under this warranty, please contact Haul Safe Limited within the Warranty Period. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.
To the extent permitted by law, Haul Safe Limited is not responsible for any loss, cost, damage, liability or harm caused by the use of the Product. The user of the Product is responsible for proper use and the safety of the load attached using the Product.
